It is pretty much going to be the winner between the Milan - Barcelona game. They both have the best attacks in all of Europe. Milan have Shevchenko, Inzaghi, Kaka, and Gilardino while Barcelona have Eto'o, Ronaldinho, Larsson, and Messi. In terms of defense they are pretty much even. Milan's has more experience, while Barcelona's has more youth.
However I think Milan has the definate advantage in midfield with Seedorf, Gattuso, and Pirlo pulling the strings. Deco and Xavi are on the other side, but other than that they arent too strong. I am guessing that Milan would edge that tie 3-2 in aggregate and go on to win it.

Is going to be very difficult to put Milan out of the competition, before the final, again. Barcelona or Benfica will take on them in the Semi, so I believe that one finalist we already have, Milan.
The other options available are Villarreal - Arsenal or Juventus. Villarreal are already in the semi and will take on the winner of the Gunners against Veccia Signora. Arsenal we have already saw them do the best and the worst his season and even with a 2-0 lead the will certainly struggle today in Turin to pass Juventus. It will be very difficult for Arsenal to reach the final this year, why? The never been further than the semis in this competition, and that will count on the psychological side even if they pass Juventus tonight.
Villarreal has a chance to make history and reach the final if they take on Arsenal.
I would not be surprised if we relive a Juventus - Milan final like in 2003. Then a draw will come up after 120' and the decision will go to the penalties shoot-out.

I looked at all these answers and i couldnt see even one person answered as AC Milan.. Guys you really dont know about football..the final will be definitely between
Ac Milan vs. Arsenal.. remember last year in the final in my city of Istanbul Ac Milan vs. Liverpool i was in the match and i've seen it live.. and believe me, the minute that Milan players thought that they won the cup was the minute they lost it..so!i dont think that Milan players will do the same mistake even against to Barcelona.. No chance for Barcelona you will all see it and then mail me afterwards.. MILAN vs. ARSENAL final will be great.. and this time Milan is one step ahead and the only advantage for Arsenal is they are English i dont know if u understand what i mean.. .) Good Day Pals..
