Bayern Munich are currently the number 1 ranked club team in the world and have won the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Super Cup, the Bundesliga and the Germany Cup. However Pep has somehow not made Bayern better but they seem more vulnerable to being beaten or ending up in a draw.
So why hasn't Pep Guardiola improved Bayern and what do you think the problem is?

I think it is due to positional changes he is trying to do. For example, Lahm playing as a defensive midfielder. Lahm is world’s best right back, and even at a midfield position, he’s very good. But the problem comes at his replacement Rafinha, who is currently the worst squad player in Bayern. Similarly, Muller looks in kind of confusion where his actual position is. And same tale for Mandzukic. And traitor too (aka Gotze).

Secondly his transfer policy is a blunder too, like getting Thiago and selling world-class Luiz Gustavo and future star Emre Can. Selling goal-scorer Gomez and buying no-one as a replacement. Buying traitor in already world-class midfield.

What do I think is the problem?

I think the problem is the formation and the tactics of his. If he is trying to play a 4-1-4-1 with a single holding defensive midfielder, it will be easy for the opponent to counter-attack like mad. That is mainly due to so much room in the central midfield area and defenders having to move back, because if they move forward, any striker could just make runs. The 2nd thing is, his tactics are very misleading. He is trying to focus more on defenders supporting the central midfield so that more ball could be possessed. The problem with this, that it only crowds the midfield and makes it hard to pass the ball, which is what lead to misplaced passes by Bayern beginning this season. I just don't see the benefit in playing 4-1-4-1 and ball possession at the same time. And 3rd, his way of placing players is horrible.

All I can say is, Heynckes new those players and how they behaved. He knew what would work and wouldn't. He was very realistic and understood, straightforward attacking football with a regular 4-2-3-1 was Bayerns way. Guardiola is trying to add his flavor to a team that has been given to him. He is only making it worse.

The Biggest Reason Is That He Wants To Impose Their Tactic In An Exaggerated Way Which Is (Possession)

Bayern Does Not Need To Change Their Tactic As Guardiola Does

You keep saying that 'Bayern Munich are currently the number 1 ranked club team in the world' when they are NOT, Barcelona are.

You claim in your profile to be intelligent so which part of updated 3rd Sept 2013 don't you understand?

I know you desperately want them to be , Ill even concede they are currently the best team but stop making things up. This isn't the first time I have pointed this out to you.

Your actually making me dislike Bayern which I have never felt before.

I personally think his favoured 4123 / 4141 is a very flawed formation. However, it is a very different formation and I imagine it might take quite a while for the players to get used to it.

Bayern got very lucky against Chelsea, and I hear they aren't dominating the league like last year.

It would be difficult to improve on the team that won the CL and the treble.

Give him a bit of time. Rome wasn't RE-built in a day
